There’s a Million Ways to Hurt or Injure Yourself
Let’s face it, there are literally a million ways you can hurt or injure yourself, I even know people who hurt themselves just getting out of bed in the morning, yes that happens. I’ve had people who have bent down in the shower to get a bar of soap and then not able to get back up. Believe it or not that happens more than you think. In fact, people hurt themselves reaching for something in the pantry or even reaching for a tool in the garage. There are just too many ways to list how and where you might hurt yourself.Common Pain and Not So Common Pain
Naturally, there are some pains and injuries that are common and some that are not so common. There are some that you are responsible for, and others that you are not responsible for, such as an accident. If you play sports, of any kind, you are susceptible to an injury, especially if you’re a weekend warrior. Regardless of your age or sex, you are susceptible to any type of injury just by virtue of trying to live an active and vibrant life. Good for you for playing badminton or squash, tennis or golf. Even bowling can cause lower back pain or a way to wrench your back. Maybe you were lifting a bumper off the side of your boat and you twisted the wrong way; yes, that happens often or how about while you’re doing some repair work around the house over the weekend, that can do it too.“Stuff” Happens, Watch Your Back
